Awesome apartment in the best neighbohood in Rio de Janeiro. Walking distance from the best beach, in front of the rainforest and the few steps from the metro.. Really cozy, spacy, sunny in a safe building with a doorman 24 hours.
The neighbohood is posh, has a nice mall, great bakerys and being between the beach and the rainforest is a bless.
The metro is new, built for the olympic games and is literally 50 steps away from the building. You'll be in Ipanema in 8 minutes and Copacabana in 12!
I love interior design, I'm a graphic designer, so my apartment is really cozy, eventhough is not brand new.
The kitchen is veey well equiped and you can make a small barbecue in the varanda.
You can also park a car in the garage, the building has one.
