Beach house into the Atlantic Rainforest

Our house is located up in the hill in a small condo and can only be reached by a minute funicular ride or by the stairs. On the bottom one of its 2 floors are the 4 suite bedrooms, 2 of them with big balconies that offers great ocean views and the other 2 with small balconies with forest view. Besides, all of them are equipped with cable tv and a/c.
On the top floor is the laundry room, equipped with both washing and drying machine, the kitchen fully equipped and the living room with a 42" TV screen, cable tv, dvd player with basic 5.1 sound system and an 8 people dinner table. The top level has also a lavatory and one big balcony with a jacuzzi, a 6 people table, a barbecue grill and outstanding views of the ocean. Worth to mention that the top floor is all surrounded by big glass windows offering views for both the forest and the ocean no matter where you are. The condo offers some beach service like chairs, tent and towels.
Our house is located at Juquehy, a family and calm beach village of São Paulo state north coast. It is just a 2,5 hour drive from São Paulo city. Juquehy has nice restaurants, bars, nightlife, supermarket, pharmacy, local handcrafts stores, among others facilities. Our favorite restaurant is by the beach in a walking distance to our house. If you go there try “casquinha de siri” (brazilian style crab cake), “moqueca” (brazilian style fish stew), “peixe do dia” (grilled and stuffed fish of the day) and of course some “caipirinhas”! It takes 3 minutes walking to get to the beach from the house and there you can just relax on a sunny day or go into the water, which is very clean and warm.
