Hello -- I am originally from New York but I have been living in Sao Paulo for 5 years. I am 30 years old and work in a technology startup here. I frequently travel back to New York and am always open to NY or LA swaps. Also totally open for a swap based on POINTS, My apartment here in Sao Paulo is mine. I bought it 2 years ago and totally renovated the whole place. Older building in the best location, in the heart of Pinheiros, 5 minute walk to Jardins. Next to all the best restaurants, shops, and metro. Small vintage building. 3 floors. My apartment is on the top floor. Two full bedrooms, one with queen one with full bed. Two full bathrooms. Cleaning lady that comes a few times a week, even while you're swapping with me!
