Our house is super new (it was built in 2015). It has the best energy a house can have!
It has the view of a wonderful sunset!
It is very spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated, but in a very clean way, which makes it super easy to clean and keep it clean. She is totally kid-friendly.
The house was built for the summer and also for the winter. The pool has heating as well as the floor. All rooms have air conditioning hot and cold.
All linens are of the best quality.
Praia do Rosa, in Imbituba, on the southern coast of Santa Catarina, was chosen by the British newspaper 'The Guardian' as one of the 10 most beautiful "unknown" beaches in the world.
