Acerca de nuestra casa
Cozy house with 170 sq meters, sunny yard, 3 bedrooms, one a suite. Fully equiped large kitchen. The livingroom/diningroom have a fireplace, the master bedroom has a king size bed. The second beroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a trundle bed that sleeps 2.
Nice 500 meter walk to beautiful, clean and un-crowded Campeche beach. One block to bus stop, close to supermarkets (they also deliver) and restaurants.
My husband and I are a retired American couple living here with our 22 year old daughter and a daschund dog. We like to cook, do gardening, go to the beach and explore the island with its many beautiful beaches, restaurants, museums and close by tours: water hot springs http://www.hotelcaldas.com.br/, Campeche Island http://ecoviagem.uol.com.br/brasil/santa-catarina/florianopolis/ilha-do-campeche/, and countless other options. There is also a gym close by.
