Common house in leafy neighborhood very friendly family

The house is actually pretty common, we are a familly of 4, my mom, my stepdad, my sister and me. My sister and I speak fluent English, she is 18 and I'm 21. We are both graduated and able to teach English here in Brazil. We have 2 dogs (Jack Daniels and Bob Dylan) and 8 cats (seriously). (No, we don't call them 'seriously'). I live in a separated part of the house, where there are two bedrooms and a living room, where I keep my musical instruments and some Narguilés(hookah). My neighborhood is very friendly, there are some parks with gyms and its a really nice place for jogging and taking the pets for a walk.

There are real gyms where you can practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or Muay-thai 1 block away from the house, as well as a farmacy, a gas station, a bakery, a butcher shop, a supermarket, and others. It's in a really good location of the city, a well-known neighborhood with low crime rate and some policing, as both private and from the state. Not really something to worry a lot here but just saying we have the policing.
We are ready to show you the city and some near cities that you may be interested in knowing, as well as some traditional food, restaurants, pubs and night clubs.
We want you to feel like part of the family, if you would like to. I have many many friends and it will be a pleasure to introduce you to all of them as I know some of them can be really useful to learn some culture and ways of living here in Brazil.

In my city we have a mixture of accents from all over the country, some things we speak a little 'carioca' (from Rio de Janeiro), some of them a little 'paulista' (from Sao Paulo).
I Have a fixed work so i won't be able to be around during the day, but I have all the nights and weekends free.
