Really nice home, "rustic chic" beach house design (showed already in interior design magazines).
It has 7.534 sqf of constructed area in a 17.222 sqf private area (big and confortable).
4 suites, 2 home offices, 2 living rooms, 1 home theater, dinning room, gourmet outside area......
Located in a gated comunity (club with tenis courts, gym, soccer field, etc...) with a 5 km long private beach.
Wifi and cable tv are off, but can be activated at our expense for a 3 month minimum swap or rent.
We are looking for a stay in the USA (only me and my wife) from feb 2016 to may 2016 (this would be ideal for a swap). But the house is available for rent and points for other periods.
