Our lovely apartment is a duplex 14 floors up. The apartment has gorgeous views overlooking a lush green park and ocean.
Downstairs is an open lounge room with kitchen, bathroom and balcony to enjoy the views. Upstairs are the two bedrooms both with ensuites. The house sleeps 6 people if including the double sofa-bed downstairs.
The apartment is situated in Barra da Tijuca, a very safe neighbourhood that's famous for its Miami mimicking lifestyle.
The apartment is a five minute walk to the beach, and a three minute walk to public transport. Situated within centre of Barra, the apartment is waking distance to restaurants, bakery, shopping centres, grocery stores, cinemas, taxi bay and public bikes.
The building's rooftop boasts of spectaucular views of Rio. There is a residential pool, gym, sauna, steem sauna, games room and bar.
