This is the owner's home in the Nautical Inn Resort. It has a complete modern kitchen, large screen TV, bikes, canoes, an onsite restaurant, laundry, 2 large private bedrooms with private baths and showers, and a staff to help meet your every need. The Mayan ruins, jungle, and inland tours are easily enjoyed from this oceanside beach resort. If diving and snorkeling is your pleasure, the live corral reef of Belize is the best in the world. So if your idea of a great vacation is a good book on the hammocks or continual adventure in the ocean or jungle, Belize has it all for you. My wife and I are retired Americans and owners of the Nautical Inn. We have homes both in the USA and Belize. Because we own the entire resort, we can make this hom e available to any exchanger on pretty much any time frame that meets their needs. While our needs elsewhere might be very specific, the exchanger can pretty much visit us in Belize any time they wish...

We are a private resort on 5 acres bordering both the Caribbean and the lagoon of Plancencia. We are on a 25 miles peninsula, 2 miles north of the airport and 4 miles from the end of the peninsula and Placancia itself.
