Acerca de nuestra casa
Our home is a very comfortable, spacious house with big bedrooms and many big windows that bring in the stunning natural surroundings. We have a large well-equipped kitchen which includes our much loved Nesspresso/esspresso-machine. An open-plan Dine-Lounge with a large flatscreen TV. There is a closed fireplace and a the warm atmosphere makes it cosy even during the deepest snowy-winters. After a long day's skiing you can turn-on the Sauna to soothe those tense muscles and sweat out some apres-ski. The bathroom is spacious and has a large bath to soak in and there is a separate shower in the Wellness area. We would like to exchange to Capetown/Garden-Route & Durban coastline. We also own a luxury 3 bedroom apartment in the centre of Zell am See (100metres away from the ski-lifts and 100 metres away from the Lake) so a non-simultaneous exchange could also be an option.

Situated in a peaceful valley across a large lake, (which is to iceskate on in winter) opposing the beautiful typical Austrian mountain-village Zell am See. (8- Minutes' drive into town.) This beautiful village has very much to offer for young and old, summer and winter, with its fantastic variety of ski-runs for beginners to experts... Kaprun with its Kitzsteinhorn Glacier, which offers best quality snow (nearly) all year round is only a 20 minute drive away...not to mention the other 5 ski-resorts all reachable within 45mins. The famous resort of Saalbach is only 20 minutes down the next valley with top quality snow where untracked powder runs can always be found. The huge Tauern Spa World with a selection of interior/heated outdoor pools and wellness/sauna areas is 15 minutes away.
From our house you can reach 3 major Austrian ski resorts within 10-to-25 minutes and another 2 in 45mins. They are: Zell am See, Saalbach/Hinterglemm and Kaprun. Gastein and Kitzbühel can be reached within 1-Hrs drive. The magical city of Salzburg is approx. 1Hrs drive away, Innsbruck-2Hrs, Munich-2Hrs, Vienna-3,5Hrs, Venice(Italy)-3Hrs, Verona-4Hrs and Switzerland-5Hrs...
