My apartment is a duplex in the 5th/6th and last floor in the center of Vienna with terraces and a stunning view. It is located between 2 courts, totally quiet, light and surrounded by trees. The lower level has the cooking, dining and living area, a terrace and a separate toilet, the upper level has 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms each and terraces with a great view.
The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom is my study and has a bed of 120cm.
A car exchange is possible.

In the neighbourhood are many restaurants, several supermarkets, bakeries, cafes and shops. Three tram lines stop in front of the building and there are only 5 stops to the historical center, museums, opera, theaters, Musikverein, Naschmarkt, Secession ... and 3 underground lines.
