Our home is 115 sqm, very comfortable, clean and located 10 minutes from the center of Vienna. It has a large kitchen, a living/dining room with large TV/cable, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet. Our terrace offers seating possibilities for 10 persons, a WEBER barbecue, sun chairs, and on the upper terrace you have a spectaculous view over the heart of Vienna.

Everything was perfect, they have a very nice house, the house is perfectly located to visit the capital of Austria and the roof offers a beautiful view of the city. They gave us excellent tips and showed an outstanding kindness at every moment. Needless to say, they took care of our apartment ande left it absolutely clean and tidy! Successful exchange and excellent people. I recommend exchanging with them.”
We are 31 and 39 - finally married now :-) and love to live here. In summer we usually stay at home and invite our friends to join us at having a barbecue - we love to eat excellent food, so we have lots of good tips, where to buy good food or where to go out for dinner.
Our district is one of the most beautiful parts of Vienna. you are close to the heart of the city with all museums, shopping and the famous opera. The subway and several tram-stations are just around the corner - you don't need a car if you want to check out the cultural parts or shopping. If you come by car you could use our private garage (max. lengh must be checked).
