Acerca de nuestra casa
My apartment is a basic 2-room flat in the center of Vienna. It is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) and consists of a cosy living room with a bedcouch and a comfortable dining corner for 4 persons. You'll also find a large TV and DVD player.
In my spacious sleeping room you'll find a queen size bed (160x200cm), a closet with free space for your belongings as well as a big desk. I do also have a notebook (+highspeed internet) which I'd leave there for your use, if wanted.
The well equiped kitchen provides you with everything you need to prepare all kinds of delicious food. Fridge, freezer, gas stove/oven, microwave oven, water cooker, coffee machine (nespresso), and of course dishes and kitchen utensils are of your disposal.
The bathroom is basic but functional with bathtub, sink and washing mashine. You'll also find a hairdryer. Please note that the toilet is not inside but on the corridor (only one step from the apartment and of course for private use!) as you can find them in many Viennese buildings.
Vienna is an ideal starting point for trips all around Europe. By train/bus you can reach major European cities such as Prague, Budapest, Bratislava, Salzburg, Munich, Ljubljana, Krakow within a few hours. Vienna International Airport (30 mins) or Bratislava Airport (60mins) is your gate to discover whole Europe.

Hello! My name is Yasmin, and I am a 27-year old academic working in Adult Education. Together with my boyfriend Andreas (29) I love to travel and to explore new countries, cultures, and especially food ;) We are also very interested in meeting new people and making new experiences (such as home exchange) while traveling.

The apartment is located in the center of Vienna (4th district) next to famous Belvedere castle with it's beautiful gardens (plus botanical garden) and in walking distance to the old town it's major sights.
Subway, tram, buses and regional trains are just around the corner (2 mins of walking). One of Vienna's main train stations (Südbahnhof) is reachable within 5 minutes of walking. Vienna's ancient center is just around 15 minutes of walking or 3 subway stops from the apartment.
Several supermarkets, restaurants and a classical Viennese coffeehouse.
