Super beautiful rooftop-apartment with balcony directly located near Mariahilferstreet and right in the middle of the "Hipster" area of Vienna with a lot of shopping and dining-possibilities. All Sightseeing opportunities right around the corner as well. Fits up to 6 people (1 BR, 1 couch with bedfunction and 1 airbed)
Lovely rooftop-apartment with a great view (perfect for NYE celebrations).
Fully equipped kitchen, with big table for dining with friends and everything else you might need. In the bathroom you can find shampoo, hair dryer, hair iron, towels and a hot tub :)

I might be biased, but the Neubau district is really the best one to live in in Vienna. It's super central, safe, a lot of hipster coffeeshops, up-and-coming restaurants and local fashion stores around. And it's next to Mariahilfer Street + around 10 minutes from the first. Which means you can do the sightseeing without using public transport.
Everything is in walking distance: Westbahnhof (train main station), U3 & U6 metro lines: 5 mins; Bus lines 13A + 14A 2 mins, Tram 49: 2 mins --> super central as I mentioned already :)
