The 86 sqm apartment is located in the 3rd district between Hauptbahnhof und Bahnhof Wien Mitte to the city center (25 minutes walking or easier by good public transport)
The apartment is typical “Gründerzeit” - style of early 20th century Vienna with large renewed windows and high ceilings situated in 4th floor (walk up). A nice living room (also possible as second sleeping room), one sleeping room and a working- or reading room (with WiFi, printer, scanner an monitor), a bath room with washing machine and an extra WC allows comfortable accommodation for two to four (maybe five) persons. The fully equipped kitchen (induction, fully automatic coffee maker, dish washer etc.) with an separated dining room allows self-catering as well as you are here in an inner district always near to city center with its culinary and cultural possibilities.
