Sun flooded and cozy 50m2 apartment in Vienna

My home is a comfortable and cute one-bedroom apartment. It's located near the main shopping road and steps away from the main train station (Westbahnhof). It has easy access to public transportation and you can reach the city centre (Stephansplatz) with the metro in 15 minutes. The building is a beautiful old house and the apartment is newly renovated and warm and inviting. My apartment (~50 sq meters), which is on the building's 2nd floor, has 10ft ceilings, a quiet bedroom with a California-king sized bed, one bath, internet access, and cable TV. A fully equipped kitchen (yet no microwave or dishwasher). The sun flooded living room also has a sleeper sofa (that turns into a bed for two persons).

In addition, I own a second home in Salzburg. It's located in the city center of Salzburg (next to the famous Mirabell Gardens and the Salzburg Congress Center) and gives you the unique opportunity to attend the Salzburg Festival of classical music and theatre, the famous ′Salzburger Festspiele'.
