Acerca de nuestra casa

We offer a 87m² cosy and quiet apartment that directly has a view to the adjoining park of Wienerberg City which is 20 minutes off the City Center of Vienna and served by underground and bus. The apartment has one bedroom with a double-bed and an adjoining study with a sofa where two people can sleep. There is one living room leading to the dinner area and the kitchen. We have got one bathroom with washing machine and dryer.

We are Ruth and Peter, a married couple. My husband is a retired paediatrician, whereas I still have to work as a judge. This year I have decided to take a year's leave so that we can go on a longer tour which should also lead us to New Zealand, Australia and South Africa. We are interested in museums, concerts, books, sports (Peter adores hunting and fishing; I like swimming, working out, walking).
We have not done a home exchange before but are keen to try what sounds a great idea to see another country from another point of view.

When you enjoy walking, Wienerberg park is the right place for this activity and is right outside of our house. Golfing is also possible as Wienerbergs golfing club is nearby. With this golf club goes a gym where you can also play badminton, tennis.
Opposite of our house you can find a bakery and the pharmacy. In the vicinity (a three minutes walk) there is a small shopping mall where you can shop for daily products. There is also a post office, a laundry and bank offices and last but not least a cinema and several small restaurants and eateries to go.
