Acerca de nuestra casa

I offer a nice apartment in the center of Vienna (walking distance to city center). It is comfortable, clean, and cosy. It has one bedroom (double bed) and one living room with a sofa where 1-2 people can sleep. It has a small kitchen, separated bath and toilet as well as a cloak room. It is a typical Viennese, historic looking apartment, with wooden floor, high rooms, gullwing doors and big, old windows.
I have a part time maid.

My name is Martina and I am 35 years old. I am project manager and work in a telecommunications company. Additionally I am Kundalini Yoga teacher. I enjoy travelling and already did some home exchanges before (Montreal, Paris, Rom, Amsterdam, Berlin, France ...): I always had good experiences. I like the feeling of "living" in a city because of having an apartment. I am non-smoker and have no kids. I will be travelling with my friend.

The apartment is located in the 3rd district of Vienna, which is in walking distance to city center. It is located directly around the corner of a nice shopping street (Landstrasser Hauptstrasse) and a bakery is in the house next door. There are a lot of nice restaurants and cafes. Moreover a cinema and a small shopping center is nearby. There is a Merkur supermarket about 100m from the flat. The metro (U3), which goes to "Stephansplatz"(down town) is 5min walk away and is a 5min ride. A bus stops just around the corner. In 15min walk you get to "Prater" which is a hugh green area, where the famous "Riesenrad" is and an amusement park. There you can lend bikes, do rollerblading, do jogging or visit the small golf range.
