Acerca de nuestra casa
Our home with 3 floors is comfortable, clean, and spacious.
In the ground floor it has a nice kitchen including a cooking island with a possibility to sit and to eat, there is also one toilet with a washing facility.
The open living room includes the eating place and a big comfortable couch where 2 people can sleep.
The 1st floor has one sleeping room (2 people) and one children room (1-2 children) and the bathroom ( toilet + shower ).
The 2nd floor is our office room with a nice view.
Our home has 3 terraces, one on the kitchen side, ideal for breakfast, one on the living room site and one on the 2nd floor like a roof top terrace.
Animals: Felix, 16 years old cat, sorry but you can't touch her :-(

We are Silvia, Björn and our daughter Zoe (6 years).
We enjoy travelling when able to get away. We have not done a home exchange before but are keen to try what sounds a great way to see another country as a resident - and allow someone to see yours. We would expect to arrange an exchange some way in advance in order to get to know our fellow exchangers via email first to see how best we can facilitate their stay in Vienna.

Our home is situated in the greenest area of Vienna, this area of Vienna is in front of our door which is called the famous "Prater" (funpark, cycle, relaxing, jogging)and near the river called "Donau"
(the danube) .
Near by there is the "Donauinsel" (a big swimming and fun area) you drive there only 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by public transportation.
On the danube you can make a nice day trip by boat to Bratislava.
You can reach the city center in 10 minutes by car and 15 minutes by public transportation.
