Acerca de nuestra casa

Our apartment combines historic charm with modern pieces of furniture. The apartment is located within a typical historic building from around 1890. Though the building is old, it is very well maintained and contains an elevator in the representative stair case. Our apartment is spacious (105 sqm), light (3rd floor) and quiet (side street). It has one bedroom, one living room, one study ? which can also serve as guest room, one large kitchen and a bathroom with a tub. It is suited for up to four people. Of course, we can provide wireless internet if desired.

We are a young couple from Germany. Sebastian works in Real Estate, I am a student of Psychology here at the University. Together we want to travel and see as much of the world as possible. We are very responsible, respectful and caring. In our free time we like to take advantage of everything the city has to offer and spend a lot of our weekends in the mountains, only 1 hour away from Vienna. Vienna is located in the very heart of Europe Prague, Budapest or Venice can be easily reached for a day or weekend trip.

Our neighbourhood combines a central location with the calmness of a residential neighbourhood. The apartment is located in the popular 9th district of Vienna ? only 10 minutes of walking distance from famous landmarks such as the Burgtheater or the city hall. Right next to our street is the former historic hospital of Vienna, which now serves a University campus. The campus with it park serves as location for the Christmas Market in winter and for Biergartens in the summer. Major subway lines are also nearby (station called Schottentor) and make it easy to access any part of the city by public transport. Restaurants, several supermarkets and the like are only 3-5 minutes from our apartment.
