Live in Vienna, the city of culture and music! Our apartment is 25 min. by public to center city - very easy go with the tramway to downtown - no car needed. We are 5 min. away from a walk in the vineyards or Vienna Forest! Our apartment is a nonsmoking, modest, comfortable 1 bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of an 8 apartment building. A combined living room/dining area with a nice kitchen. The floors are are wooden and tiled. We have a 6m2 balcony which is very comfortable in the summer-we like to eat breakfast and dinner outside....and listen to the birds. Also, our apt. has lots of windows and plenty of light from the sun. You can open the windows and get a great breeze.

Our apartment is set on a hill in a very beautiful, safe neighborhood with lots of trees and gorgeous Vienese houses. It is quiet and in an excellent location for public transportation (3 mins walk). It is easy to do and safe! You can take a tram to downtown and don't need to rent a car. You are in 25 min. in the city and can also do nice walkes in the Vienna Forest. There are several restaurants that are called heurigers that produce their own wine. We are also a 7 min. walk from a grocery store and a bank (with an ATM machine). Vienna is a beautiful city to experience! Clean, safe and unbelievable history to it. The architecture is breath taking -lots of culture, museums, classic concerts, opera and art.
