Acerca de nuestra casa

We are living since three years in this very comfortable roof apartment with an incredible view all around Vienna.
With central heating and a wood stove its a very cosy place. There is an elevator and a car parking place in the background. The House Is over 100years old but the Roofapartement is about 15 years old.
There is enough Space and a very beautiful Terrasse with 360' view over Vienna. Realy nice.
we have a big kitchen, a living room and three different bedrooms. on the terasse, you ca enjoy the sunset or sundown. Up to five people to sleep.

A multicultural part of Vienna with an hugh Park one Minute to go. Tram and Bus to reach downtown in a few minutes. Best icecream and delicious Arabic and Asian Food. Also nice coffeshops for relaxing in the park . You can use your Bikes while living in our home.
We enjoy the peacefull located House (20th district- augarten) and the Blue Sky just over our heads. Taking the tramway or bus just infront of our house (or walk about 15 minutes), you will reach in 5 minutes the underground to viennas city or any famous places like donauinsel or prater.
just infront of the apartement is the "augarten" a very big historic parc where you can relax, find children´s public swimming pool, nice cafés to relax, and also cutural events during the summer like "cinema under stars."
You can go zo "donauinsel" in about 15 minutes on tramway or 20 minutes by bike. this is a public lakeside fantastic in summer.
in the city you find a huge number of historic places and cultural events.
