My home is a typical Viennese high ceiling apartment, spacious and comfortable. The balcony invites to have dinner outside or just to enjoy
The apartment is on the first floor, one bedroom, but the living room is spacious and offers a sofa which can be used as bed, another ample room used as studio, with a lovely library -
There is also a fire place which even in summer is cosy and romantic!
close to Schönbrunn you can rent bicycles for free!

My apartment is located in the 13th district called Hietzing in the western part of Vienna. It is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It takes a 5 minutes walk to the big park of Schönbrunn, where you can visit the castle, the zoo and there is also a public swimming pool!
All kinds of shopping facilities are on a 3 minutes walk. There are nice restaurants and a typical Viennese Café close to my flat.
The nearest subway station is about 5 minutes walk and it takes you in 10 minutes into the center of Vienna with all museums, theaters, a lot of cinemas, also English version cinemas, restaurants, bars,...
