“We had a wonderful time at Friederike's lovely 3 storey villa in Vienna with a delightful garden and supermarket just down the road. The house was spotless and the atmosphere very calming. The kids loved playing hide and seek in the garden. Comprehensive welcome notes were left for us as were groceries and a car was also used with car seats. Friends were arranged to let us into the house and to see if we needed anything during our stay. Friederike was very cordial and responsive in organising the exchange and everything was exactly as she had stated. Our house was left in a perfect state on our return and really, one could not ask for more from an exchange. Good luck to those lucky to enjoy an exchange with this great family in a beautiful house in the amazing city of Vienna, with its zoo, palaces, museums, food, sunshine and culture.”
