This flat is the student residence of our larger family in downtown Vienna. It is rather simple in all furniture, but very functional. A good bathroom with large shower and large bath-tub extra, cable-tv (incl.BBC,CNN,TV5,raiuno - and many german speaking stations), cable-internet is all available. - Our family has also two suburban residencies (Klosterneuburg, Hietzing)where contact is possible. - It can be a good "headquarter" to move to all downtown tourist sights (e.g. all evenings free: opera movies (huge outdoor screen) and festival arena) and all traditional art centres etc., and also to go to all summer sites in and around Vienna (swimming, hiking, Danube-ships to Budapest etc.).

The boys want to learn English more fluently, and they would also like to meet with sportive youngsters (Gymnastics: Floor exercises, Badminton, swimming - interested in all sports really).
I - as a senior (also into Badminton) and working with the "Club of Rome" etc. - primarily want to meet with some of the Institutes for Sustainability Studies (like the Inst. for Strategic Studies, Inst. for Global Commons etc.).
Together we also want to go to the British Museum, discover more of London etc.. - and woulld like to make friends there - which are always welcome in Vienna (always a stay in downtown student appartm. or suburb house...
This flat is in the 8th district, Parisienne atmosphere, student centres, many bistros, next to city centre around St.Stephans Cathedral. It is a very calm area, little park just beside to apartment-building with our flat (it has 5 floors as many others around too; our apartment is in the 2nd floor). No crime or hustle problems, there are a lot of seniors and students around.
