Our house is 100 years old but styled in a modern way. There are a big living room, a kitchen and a dinnerroom, and four more rooms (bedrooms and workingrooms). The garden is big enough for playing and relaxing. Our house is situated very central but in a silent surrounding.

Our house is situated in a small village right next to Steyr, wich has about 50.000 inhabitants.
Vienna and Salzburg are about 170km away (1.5 hours). The next big town is Linz - 45km away. It takes you about 1 hour to skiing areas and also about 1 hour to the Salzkammergut-lakes.
