It's located on a little hill amid a wood near the city center.

we're a family of 6 members. Our 14 years old daughter lives with us in our house, the older children don't live with us anymore.
we like to enjoy our main holidays in other countries.
in 2011 we're looking ..
.. for a change in our main holidays from 9 July until 9 September 2012. there we change our house for maximal 4 weeks.
we would like to go in a house on a beach or in a central town.
.. for a change in our Christmas holidays from 22 December - 9 January (2011, 2012) , only 2 weeks, then we're prefering a house on a beach.
it's possible that our 3 oldest daughters come with us. so we need a house for 3 to 6 people.
