Acerca de nuestra casa

We live right outside the Vienna City boundary. Means you can very quick get to town with all its beautiful spots and sights, but also natural beauties like lakes and mountains are within easy reach. Our house is located in a quiet residential street with no car traffic. From the outside our home might appear a bit like a hut in the mountains, while inside we enjoy a spacious living room (70 sqm) with a mixture of modern and classical furniture. The kitchen and dining place are both part of the big room. We have two sleeping rooms, bathroom, toilet and a storeroom. Extra features are a digital piano and free WiFi. Our big garden includes many different trees and plants, a shady terrace and a wooden swing seat.

I am living here with my daughter (16), a cat and a rabbit. Paula attends a fashion school in Vienna and I work as a musician. We love travelling and have already done 10 great exchanges. When we travel, my beloved and/or a friend of my daughter might come with us.

Our village "Maria Lanzendorf" is small but still offering the most important services: supermarket, doctor, pharmacy, church, post office, restaurants, train and bus station, tennis, horse riding and more. Surely one of the best qualities of Maria Lanzendorf is the short distance to Vienna. Within 20 minutes you can reach the city either by car, bus or train.

Vienna is probably one of the most beautiful spots in the world combining traditional arts and buildings (Schoenbrunn Palace, St. Stephans Cathedral, concert halls, museums, theatres) with more modern attractions (Prater, Hundertwasserhaus, all kind of festivals, exhibitions, sport events) and a lot of green recreation areas (Donauinsel, Wienerwald, Stadtpark).

Vienna Airport is only 15 minutes by car.
