Bright, quiet & central apartment in a great city!

Our 125 m2 apartment ist very comfortable, clean and since it is located on the top floor it is very bright. It has an open, well equipped kitchen/ living room with a big dining table, suitable for up to 8 people. There is a couch and at the moment there is a big swing, suitable for both children and adults. The master bedroom is spacious and quiet since its overlooking an inner courtyard. In our childrens / guest room there is a couch that can also be made into a double bed - very comfortable to sleep on and also very quiet. There is a crib in the smaller bed room. The bathroom is equipped with a washing mashine, a bath tub, a shower as well as two washbasins and there is an extra bathroom with a toilet only. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare the perfect meal - including a steamer. The apartment is located on the top floor (6th floor) of a relatively new building (2012) with a spacious lift.

The fifth district is one of the finest in Vienna with a lot of cafés, little shops and excellent restaurants round the neighbourhood. The famous "Naschmarkt", a very colourful daily market with fruit and vegies, cafés, restaurant and music and entertainment in the evenings plus jumble sale every saturday is just round the corner. The well known shopping street "Mariahilferstraße" can also be reached by foot in about 15 minutes. The apartment is within walking distance to the metro-station U4 that takes you to the city centre (Opera) that is only two stops away in less than 5 minutes - taking the same metro the other direction you can reach the castle Schönbrunn in about 10 minutes.
