The cosy, sunny garconniere is situated in the alternative part of Graz, around the corner of a daily food market with regional products and with plenty of cafés, small creative shops and a lively park. The apartment itself is in a quiet area where you can hear the birds singing in the morning. It's a five minute walk to the museum of modern art and ten minutes to the main square in the center. The apartment has a loft bed for one person or a sleeping couch for two persons. In the bath room is a toilette and a shower. There is also a balcony for enjoying the sun.
