We offer a cosy double storey apartment with marble and timber floors, furnished with antiques, upstairs a typical local 3 storey house. The kitchen, dining and the living room on the lower floor are all bright and sunny and have a wonderful view over the old town of Innsbruck below and the beautiful mountains north and south. We love to cook, so our kitchen is well-equipped and we have a big table to eat and sit together with friends. The doublebed masterbedroom and large bathroom is downstairs, the second doublebed room and second living area with roof terrasse upstairs. There is also a big fireplace in the living room to warm up romantic nights, additionally to the central heating. We dont smoke.
Nous vous proposons un appartement de plain-pied double confortable avec un sol en marbre et bois, meublée d'antiquités, à l'étage une typique maison de trois étages. La cuisine, salle à manger et le salon à l'étage inférieur sont toutes lumineuses et ensoleillées et ont une vue magnifique sur la vieille ville d'Innsbruck et au-dessous les belles montagnes au nord et au sud. Nous aimons faire la cuisine, si notre cuisine est bien équipée et nous avons une grande table à manger et de s'asseoir avec des amis. La salle de bain lit double et grande chambre des maîtres est en bas, la deuxième chambre lit double et une seconde salle de séjour avec terrasse à l'étage du toit. Il ya donc une grande cheminée dans le salon pour se réchauffer nuits romantiques, en plus du chauffage central. Nous ne fume.

We haven't met Helga but from her house we understand that she is really a special person. Innsbruck is a beautiful town, we visited some museums, but the best of the place in winter are the numerous ski slopes in the surroundings and the fantastic views. Many thanks to Helga for this great Easter holidays!”
“We spent one winter week at the Helga\'s house and everything was good. The apt it is wonderful, located in a quite and nice place in Innsbruck, exactly between the cozy historical centre and the gorgeous monutain. From there you may walk to the heart of the city easily or use the bus stop right in front of the apt. Also, the communications with Helga was good and without problems. I really recommend that place.”
Helga 58, architect and artist and my travelpartner. My children are in their twenties and live independantly. I have wide interests in culture, architecture, painting, music and sports like hiking, biking and swimming. We had two sucessful exchanges last year and are open for long term exchanges aswell as weekend exchanges in driving distance.
The apartment is located in 10 min walking distance to the center of Innsbruck, old city with history and sightseeing. Anything you need is just a walk away: good restaurants, charming bars and cafes, supermarkets and many other shops. Maybe you are interested in the festival of ancient music in August? Take a look at http://www.tiscover.at/innsbruck. www:altemusik.at In 10 min walking distance you will also find nature, take a walk in the wooded mountains or go climbing. The tourist board offers guided hiking tours to different destinations in the valleys. In front of the house you will find a bus taking you up to the mountain resort. But also cross country and hiking, biking and climbing, exiting nature, lakes, national parks, but also beautiful places to visit like Salzburg or Munich (ca. 150 km) by train or car. The Italian border is about 40 km away.

La frontière italienne, est à environ 40 km.
