Acerca de nuestra casa
We live in a quit, sunny house with garden and terrace. The house is very comfortable and spacefull, furnished with a mixture from inherit antique and modern furniture; so we have four sleeping rooms and and a big living-room with dining table, piano etc. There are two bathrooms and an extra restroom. In the kitchen there is enough space for four persons to take a quick breakfast on a small dining table.
(Details: 1 big master bedroom (24m2) double bed (180cm) with Sleeping-Sofa for Kids, 2 teenage rooms á (13m2) with double bed (140cm), extra room with sleep couch)
The house is located in the middle of a little housing complex of ten houses and two small apartment houses so its absolutely quit. We love to live here, because of the beautiful green surrounding, the nice people and the very good infrastructure. In summer time we enjoy to eat and spend time in our little garden.

The swap was easy and Christine has helped us to organize our trip, giving us a lot of good ideas. The house is well situated in a quiet zone, near to tramway and bus. There is a supermarket at 5 minutes. And they have lovelly neighbors always avaible to help us ! A very nice experience !”

I'm a psychologist in a clinic for psychosomatic diseases in early childhood and Christian, my husband, is a teacher for history and sports. We have two wonderful sons, who are 15 and 17 years old, both visit secondary school. Summer 2016 we had our first experience with "Home for Exchange" with a very nice couple from Paris. Till now we had lovely trips to Barcelona, Sevilla and Amsterdam. It´s a great possibility for travelling to give each other hints for Restaurant, trips etc. and live in nice flats.

Where is it?
Vecindario
The 13th district is on of the well situated districts in Vienna. It´s perfect because it doesn't need much time to go reach the center and you live in a quit, save and green neighbourhood.
In 4 minutes you reach the tram to leads you to the Underground in direction City. In front of the tram-station there is a well sorted supermarket.
From our house you need:
20 minutes to Schloss Schönbrunn and the famous Zoo "Tiergarten Schönbrunn"
35 minutes in the City (opera house, Ringstrasse, St. Stephans Cathedrale).
15 minutes to Mauer, a traditionell "Heurigen"-Quarter.
20 minutes to reach the Lainzer Tiergarten with Hermes-Villa, a big, beautiful area of the Wiener Wald, where Kaiser Franz Joseph did his hunting. There is a really beautifull, big playground and the possibility to feed animals!
10 minutes to a public in- and outdoor swimmingpool with tobogan
Extra Tipp: Boat-Trip to Bratislava in 75 minutes from the centre!!
