Acerca de nuestra casa
The flat has 40 m2 and an 11m2 balcony with roof. The building itself is from the year 2012 and is located close to the Donauturm (Tower of the Danube), the Vienna International Center and the "Alte Donau", which is a very nice spot for swimming, watersports, boatrentals, restaurants close by the water etc. All in all it is a very safe area of Vienna. If you like the combination of nature and city you will find the flat very attracting. The flat is not in the center of the city, however there are a lot of good connections with public transport. Right in front of the house there is a tram. With the tram you get within 3 minutes to the main train and metro station Floridsdorf. From there you can take the train to the center (10 minutes ride). You also have a perfect cycling path until the city center, passing through the beauntiful Danube Park and the Danube itself. It is also a flat area, so very easy for Kids as well.
