Our beautiful garden flat provides you with access to the big garden and terrace. There are several private parking lots available. Our garden flat also has a piano inside and pine wood room for very healthy good sleep.

Situated in just 5 minutes walking distance to the local train station to Salzburg (a 15 minutes ride to the centre) it is the ideal place from which to explore the city. On the other hand there are plenty of beautiful lakes nearby as well as mountains suitable for any kind of hiking experiences from family trip to advanced climbing.
As we do not live in this flat, it is usually available and we are very flexible with dates for a non-simultaneous exchange. Also, we will consider swaps where our guests stay longer than we stay at their home.
