A beautiful 2 bedroomed apartment in Lower Austria

We live in an old building that used to be a primary school. We have big long windows and long walls. Gobelsburg is just one hour away from Vienna, 30 minutes to the provincial town St.Pölten, 10 minutes to the district town Krems. I live here with my two kids(8 and 5), the playground is two minutes away from our place. The Kamp river is 7 minutes away. All the shops are in Langenlois, 3 minutes with the car or 10 minutes with the bike. The train station is just 5 minutes walk away.
We have a new Renault Clio which could be swapped too. Two kids bikes and one bike for adults. There is a small garden behind with benches where you can relax in the evenings or mornings.
We have a beautiful cat called Mimi, she is normally outside during the day and comes home at night, during summer she just stays outside most of the time. She´s very quiet. We would really appreciate if you could check on her once in a while and give her some food outside.
Gobelsburg is very quiet. An area known for it´s wine. There are numerous winemakers in Gobelsburg, winecellars and wine gardens. The area is suitable for long walks, bike rides or jogging.
