Our home is situated 14 klms from Brisbane CBD in a quiet affluent area. Close to library, cinemas, parks, golf courses, restaurants & cafes. Brisbane has many areas for walking, jogging & riding bikes.
1 hour drive south to Gold Coast beaches & north to Sunshine Coast & Australia Zoo.
Lone Pine wildlife Sanctuary is 10 mins away. See koalas & wallabies in their natural habitat.
The international & domestic airport is approx 40 mins from our suburb. Check out discount flights to The Great Barrier Reef & Whitsunday Islands or flights to Sydney or other capital cities. (Qantas, Virgin & Jetstar Airlines).

We are semi-retired in our 50s.
Our interests include boating and we often cruise up the river out to Moreton Bay. Unfortunately, the boat is not included with the exchange.
