Our modern 4 bedroom home was built in 2009 and has many up to date features including a cinema room, an al fresco/BBQ area, formal lounge and large family area. Five minutes walk from the beach and located at the start of the world renowned Great Ocean Road, Torquay is part of the international surfing circuit where the famous Bell's Beach is located. Many restaurants and coffee shops are located within walking distance of our home.There are also many wineries and farm restaurants nearby.Each Saturday there is a farmers' market and monthly, a wider market offering clothing, books, food and music. Our house is centrally heated and air-conditioned and very comfortable. We know you will be very comfortable here.
