Beautifully restored colonial Queensland home situated within walking distance to the central business district of Toowoomba. The home has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, office, large modern kitchen with dishwasher and all appliances and dining that leads onto a deck. The home has reverse air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout.
A 10 minutes walk and you're in the heart of Toowoomba. Toowoomba, which is situated approximately 1hr and 40 minutes from Brisbane and 2 hours from both the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast is a beautiful mix of both city and country. Known nationally as Australia's garden city, Toowoomba is cloaked with park after park. In fact this home is a 5 minute walk to Toowoomba's largest and most glorious park, Queens Park which is lined with coffee shops and once a month, markets. An absolute favourite Sunday adventure!
I'm a lawyer and my wife is a University Lecturer. We live with our 5 year old daughter.
