Our fully renovated home was one of the original homes in this city and was built in 1907. It is a magnificent older 'Queenslander' style with verandahs wrapping around the elevated house which faces North East and catches the breeze, sunshine and glimpses of the city centre. It is family friendly with pool and large garden spread over 1000square metres but only 5km from the city centre with a bus and train stop just 50 & 100m walk away. Inside offers modern gourmet kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, main with ensuite and 2 cosy fireplaces that you can warm up next to on the couch on colder winter days. May swap car also.
