Beach Home with stunning views just a hop skip and jump from the ocean

Located in the most exclusive beach suburb in Sydney, our home offers breathtaking views of Tamarama beach, without having to leave the comfort of your living room. As you reach the front door, the kitchen window gives a taste of what's to come, looking over the blue horizon. As you step inside, you can feel light and warmth bouncing around the surfaces. A unique open plan layout using large glazed double doors allows ocean views into almost every room.

Our street is a dead end, so there is no through traffic. Built on a slope, there is level access to the main open plan reception, kitchen, and double garage. There are three comfortably furnished bedrooms, they are located downstairs, with the main bathroom and another separate shower room.

Renovated eight years ago, we have tried to keep the character feel of this beach home by rendering the internal bricks so as to still keep their shape, allowing an interesting backdrop for a few large artworks. We have chosen to decorate in neutral tones, using lots of texture, wood and stone as a contrast.

All bedrooms are a similar size. 2 have stunning ocean views through well-proportioned double doors that open out onto an adjoining balcony, where you can just relax to the sound of the waves lapping the beach. Walking downstairs from the balcony is a secluded garden.

This is such a beautiful and relaxing beach house located a short walk down to the ultra glamorous Tamarama Beach, and the iconic coastal walk - turn right and you reach Bronte, turn left and within a short walk the visual delights of Bondi beach surround you.

Being a city beach there is no shortage of things to do - Sydney Harbour, Opera House and CBD are all just a 15 minute drive away, however our home is set in a very quiet enclave with the sound of the ocean the most noticeable distraction.

In summer the ocean breeze keeps our home cool, airy and refreshed. During the winter months we light the ethanol open fireplace for a little added warmth.
