Waterfront home located in an exclusive suburb 10 minutes from the CBD

Our house is located in a quiet residential area 10 minutes from the city. It is a deep waterfront with a jetty and mooring facility and a small runabout is available for use if required. The house has extensive waterviews from most rooms, an outdoor solar heated pool and garaging.
The house is two storey and has a well equipped kitchen, family room,dining room and separate lounge room. There is a balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the water and a gas BBQ.

Most houses in our small peninsular suburb have very good waterviews - some of the Harbour Bridge. It is a friendly, safe suburb with many families. There are many waterfront parks that you can walk to and tennis courts available for your use (we are members).
There is a bus and ferry service within a short walking distance from the house and a shopping centre 3 minutes drive away.

My husband works in banking and I work part-time in tertiary education. Our 17 year old daughter has accepted a GAP position in the UK starting in January 2008 so we would like to visit her next year in July/August.
