Our gorgeous family home was built in the early 1900’s and has been tastefully renovated over the years making it the perfect family home. It is situated in Sydneys popular Eastern Suburbs just 8 km to the Sydney CBD, 3 minutes to Coogee Beach, 10 minutes to Bronte Beach and 15 minutes to world famous Bondi Beach. Just a short walk from our home you will be in beautiful Centennial a large public, urban park that occupies 189 hectares – a popular spot for a morning run, bike ride, picnic or just feeding the local ducks and swans. Our neighbourhood is full of restaurants, cafes along with easy access to supermarkets and public transport meaning you don’t need a car!

If you don’t want to leave home – no problem! We have a huge beautiful garden complete with sunbeds, BBQ, swimming pool, trampoline, sand pit, cubby house and a great kids play room.

Our home sleeps up to 10 people with flexible sleeping options available. 3 large bedrooms, Master room with king sized bed and ensuite, second room with queen sized bed and third with 2 single beds. Additional (queen) beds are available in sunroom and we have a pull out sofa in the kids playroom.

The huge gourmet kitchen features eat it banquette providing a great nook for family breakfasts. The large living and dining rooms feature working fire places modern furnishings and flat screen TV. The separate playroom is a great room for kids of any age to hang out, play games or watch their favourite movies. There are 2 bathrooms and 1 powder room all tastefully decorated.

Our favourite thing about living here is the proximity to everything the city has to offer with the tranquility of our home that feels a million miles from everything as soon as you step into the garden.

A bit about us … we are a professional couple with 2 children born and bred Sydney-siders so we have lots of good tips to leave you if visiting. We love the outdoors especially skiing and sailing so we are particularly interested in swaps that get us closer to this!

We would love to swap in Greece in the European Summer in 2017 - we would even consider a boat for our house swap!
