executive home close to beaches harbour restaurants stunning up market suburb , harbour views

we have a 2 storey superbly maintained home in a premier suburb only minutes walk to bondi beach and other harbour facilities,we have a heated saltwater pool in sunny garden with bbq a home theatre room and billiard table, you can see the sydney harbour bridge and opera house lying in bed. the home is fully airconditioned and has open fire places .we live in a family orientated area very quiet .we have a great modern kitchen and excellent entertaining areas both in door and out .our 2 kids have now grown up and left home one now living in london therefore the swap.

our area is very quiet and we walk to the beach most days ,harbour facilities are close by and there are great coastal walks only 50 metres away .
evry one is friendly and transport to the city and surrounding suburbs is good.plenty of sporting facilities and great golf courses.
plenty of world class cafes etc close by ,great views and heaps of fresh air. it is a great place to live.

my wife and i are in our 50;s and our daughter and son have now left home so are looking forward to enjoying our freedom. i own several real estate franchise offices in the area and have a high profile so need to know those using our home appreciate and respect our position and will look after our home.both of us have lived in the area for all our lives and attended school and tertiary education facilities in the area.
wwe have loads of friends close by and our daughter recently married lives close by . our son now working in london with a major bank.
we are involved with the community and my wife assists various charities as well as being a keen bridge player,i love golf and enjoy my work.our sibblings and parents also live close by.
