Centrally located one bedroom flat Sydney City, close to all public transport - train station across the road.5 mins walk to city, 40 mins bus ride to 3 beautiful beaches. Flat newly renovated, very sunny. Lifts, sauna and gym in complex. We're on seventh floor so very quiet with great views of city and hills.Tidy and reliable couple - both public servants(!)
Ideal as a base to explore Sydney - catch a bus or train to 4 or 5 gorgeous beaches. Walk into the city and catch ferries around the harbour. 5 mins walk to train to the airport.Flat is small (49 square metres) and gets heaps of sun so very warm in winter (heating only occasionally needed) Very clean, tidy and comfortable flat.
I work in broadcasting , my partner in HR at the local hospital. We own the flat so take good care of it and would take good care of anywhere we stayed.
