This is a National Trust village set amongst Australian Bushland. The house is 15 metres off the sand and there is a village store, cafe and restaurant. The rest of the Central coast starts a 10 minute drive away, though you won't want to leave the peace, quiet and beauty of Pearl Beach.

400 homes nestled under the escarpment on the beach. Ocean swimming pool, quiet waters, surf beach nearby, bushwalks, beachwalks, swimming, reading, eating and drinking are all the main activities of Pearl Beach. Beach and rock fishing are available.

Aussie family with main residence in Warrawee (5 bed, 5 bath close to train)- also available to swap are a luxury apartment in Auckland NZ (3 bed, study, 4 bath with city and harbour views). Cars are a Jaguar, Volvo XC90 in Australia and in NZ a Range Rover. We love to ski and would be interested in any properties that are available through January of 2008 that will sleep 6. We can do non simultaneous swaps and if the swap period is long enough can offer more than one property. We have swapped previously and found it an excellent way to travel.
