A large home located in a leafy suburb of character homes and big gardens, near the train line with easy access to all Sydney has to offer. Around 20 mins on train (10 mins drive) to downtown / city centre. Cluster of shops, restaurants and cafes just moments away. Children’s playground, tennis courts and sports oval within a short stroll. Major shopping malls, theatre precinct, restaurants and cinemas are located in neighbouring Chatswood, commercial centre of Sydney's Lower North Shore.
The hub of the home is the open plan kitchen and family room which leads out to the patio and large backyard bathed in northerly sun.
Ground level - Master bedroom with queen size Tempur bed and new bathroom with rain shower. A second bedroom has a king single bed and separate bathroom.
Upstairs - 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in one and double bed in the other with shared bathroom.
The family room is equipped with 65-inch ultra HD TV, Apple TV, Netflix and Foxtel channels available. Our kitchen is fitted with quality European appliances, filtered water tap, Nespresso coffee machine - the keen chef will feel right at home in our well appointed kitchen. You'll enjoy all the mod cons of a home away from home.
Roseville is a family-friendly and safe neighbourhood less than 12 km (7.5 miles) from Sydney city centre. The train station is about a 7 minute walk from our home.
Our house is perfectly located for exploring other attractions of Sydney - Taronga Zoo, Bondi/Manly/Dee Why/Palm Beaches - all within 20 mins to an hour's drive. Visit the iconic Blue Mountains and the beaches of the Central Coast within two hours drive. Venture inland to the Hunter Valley to sample the region’s finest drop and produce.
The 6th member of our family is our adorable (low maintenance and gentle!) mini schnauzer who would love to be cared for during your stay if not traveling with us.
*For points stays, there will be a cleaning / linen changeover charge of $150-200 (dependent on no of guests) payable prior to arrival at our home.*

In the immediate neighbourhood of Roseville boasts a charming old art film cinema and a cluster of restaurants and cafes. Chic cafe and beautiful homewares at Roseville Park with tennis courts, playground and sports oval - under 10 minutes on foot, a minute by car.
Harris Farm Markets for all your fresh produce and more are moments away as well as wonderful coffee shops and restaurants. Major supermarket chains (Coles, Woolworths, IGA) all accessible within 5 minutes by car.
Chatswood (the North's commercial centre) is our neighbouring suburb with several shopping centres, including up-market Chatswood Chase, Westfield, The Mix (Chatswood Place), Hoyts cinemas and The Concourse - with a theatre, concert hall, retail, restaurants and cafes - the cosmopolitan and cultural centre of the north. Enjoy the night markets at Chatswood Mall on Thursday - Saturday evenings.
To enjoy a spot of nature, Lane Cove National Park is less than 5 mins by car where you can enjoy a picnic, hire a canoe, go for a leisurely walk / bushwalk or ride your bikes.
