Beautiful location--200mts to sand of Lighthouse Beach.Large beach home-features very large living areas-kitchen dining lounge area with lovely ocean views.As well there is a garden room with barbecue & a separate lounge for quiet times.House is 3 yrs old of contemporary design with all modern inclusions.
We are 7 klms from the town of Port Macquarie--pop 42,000-renowned for its mild climate & great beaches (13) .There are many board walks which link up these beautiful beaches & rainforest areas-break water &river walks as well.Town is a popular holiday destination forfishermen ,surfers,bowlers &golfers.Excellent golf course is 7 mins drive-our golf buggy is stored there & would be available for use.Ten mins walk to Light house shops - several restaurants in the area too.
We are retired teachers who like seaside living & enjoy travel to similar locations as well as the big cities with different life styles.
