Cosy Aussie character house. Large living areas. Modern kitchen and bathroom. High ceilings and wooden floors. BBQ. Outside entertainment area (covered decking). Beautiful reticulated gardens. All the modern conveniences. Broadband, large flat screen TV, DVD, Foxtell (Sky) , fully appointed kitchen, air conditioning.
Family friendly neighborhood. Walking distance to parks, shops and restaurants. 3 min drive to river. 5 min drive to beaches. 5 min drive to Fremantle which is packed full of great restaurants, night life, excellent shopping and tourist attractions. 20 min drive to Perth City. Short walk to public transport.
