Acerca de nuestra casa

We love our Architect designed, light and sunny home, built in 2006. A feature is the high ceilings, timber floors, granite open kitchen, immersed in plenty of light, and overlooking the ocean. The living area is surrounded by louvre windows and balconies, to make the best use of the sunny aspect. The granite kitchen has all the mod cons, including dishwasher, In-Sink-erator, and gas cooker. There is a private pool/deck area and a sunny backyard. Bus stop, 2 minute walk, takes you to the city or to Manly wharf where you can get a ferry to the city. Beach cafes, restaurants, ocean walks, shops and cinemas within 5 minutes.
Downstairs is a self contained flat, comprising main bedroom, lounge room, kitchen and bathroom, with a courtyard - furnishing in the apartment is quite minimal at the moment but plan to complete in 2012.
We have a cat who lives outside (not inside) and requires to be fed each day - otherwise is of no bother.
