Modern Beach House

Our architecturally built home is located right across the road from the beautiful Mount Coolum in a lovely part of town called The Boardwalk where you can take a leisurely 5 mins walk to pristine beaches or local shops and cafes. We are 25 mins drive the beautiful Noosa 5 minutes to Coolum 10 to Peregian or if you wanted to take a day trip 35 minutes to the Sunshine Coast hinterland. There is so much to see and do on the Sunshine Coast - we have a vibrant market scene where you can buy fresh market food and artisan works from Eumundi to Noosa and Peregian also Cotton Tree in Maroochydore. The beaches are not as busy as the Gold Coast and you can find a patch to yourself in the quieter spots. We have the old beach town feel in Coolum and Yaroomba neighbouring Mt Coolum where life takes on a slower pace. You wont find too many high rises around here and plenty of original beach shacks still exist. We have beautiful bike paths to explore also and we have 4 bikes to use at your leisure - ideal for family trips to the beach. We also have surfboards and kayaks available. Well equipped for kids. We have one cat that we would love you to feed during the house swap. We are Non Smokers and would treat your house with care and respect.
